This site belongs to Gedick Brothers Inc., doing business as Gedick Brothers Plumbing & Heating, of Burlington, MA. It exists so you can find us, see what we do, and get in touch. Here is what happens with anything you send us.
What the contact form collects
When you send the form, we receive the name, phone number, email address (if you give one) and the message you typed. That is all it collects. There are no hidden fields that gather anything else about you.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request: to call or email you back about the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspark, a form-handling service, which passes each message to our email inbox at Gedickbros@gmail.com. Formspark stores a copy of each submission so we can retrieve it; it does not use your details for its own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as the address a page was requested from) for security and reliability, as any website host does.
Keeping and removing your details
We keep your message as long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows. If you would like us to delete what you sent, email Gedickbros@gmail.com or call 781-272-2277 and we will take care of it.
